Information on USB-C

All USB-C Chargers & Power Adapters are universally compatible across all brands and devices as long as the device uses a USB-C connection as a charging source.
A lower than required output charger will charge the device slower, a higher than required output charger will charge the device normally at no risk of damage

Information on POWER ADAPTERS (NON-USB-C Chargers) 
 
If the power adapter has the same connector size, but different power output, it can be used:
i.e. our product = 65W, your adapter = 45W, this is COMPATIBLE (the adapter will adjust to deliver the right amount of power)
or, our product = 45W, your adapter = 65W, this is COMPATIBLE (our product might charge slower due to lower power than the original adapter)
 
HOWEVER, the VOLTAGE must be the same or very similar (i.e. 18.5 and 19V can be used together), if your device requires:
i.e. our product = 19V, your adapter = 12V, this is NOT COMPATIBLE, even if the total output might be the same. 
i.e. 19V 3.42A = 65W NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 12V 5.42A = 65W
 
DO NOT USE an adapter that has a HIGH DIFFERENCE in voltage requirements

Change of Mind

We offer 30-day returns for customers who discover that our products were not what they really wanted.

Return the item in its original condition with all of its components/parts

The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee

Once we receive the returned product, we will ship a replacement or issue a full-refund of the sale price

Warranty Return

If you believe the product is faulty or DOA, please follow the steps

Take a picture of the faulty product with the packaging and the area of fault

If the fault cannot be fully diagnosed from the images, return the item to us for us to test

The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee. (Reimbursed if it is indeed faulty)

If we conclude the product is faulty, we will ship out a replacement

Due to lighting and or screen setting differences, the item’s colour may differ slightly from the images.

The product you receive also may differ slightly from the pictures slightly in design and or colour, however the functionality of the product we listed will remain the same.

This is due to the product being revised and or a newer version or edition of the product has replaced the old one.
