Change of Mind

1.      Return the item in its original condition with all of its components/parts

2.      The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee

3.      Once we receive the returned product, we will ship a replacement or issue a full-refund of the sale price

Warranty Return

If you believe the product is faulty or DOA, please follow the steps

1.      Take a picture of the faulty product with the packaging and the area of fault

2.      If the fault cannot be fully diagnosed from the images, return the item to us for us to test

3.      The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee. (Reimbursed if it is indeed faulty)

4.      If we conclude the product is faulty, we will ship out a replacement
