Information on POWER ADAPTERS
 
If the power adapter has the same connector size, but different power output, it can be used:
i.e. our product = 65W, your adapter = 45W, this is COMPATIBLE (the adapter will adjust to deliver the right amount of power)
or, our product = 45W, your adapter = 65W, this is COMPATIBLE (our product might charge slower due to lower power than the original adapter)
 
HOWEVER, the VOLTAGE must be the same or very similar (i.e. 18.5 and 19V can be used together), if your device requires:
i.e. our product = 19V, your adapter = 12V, this is NOT COMPATIBLE, even if the total output might be the same. 
i.e. 19V 3.42A = 65W NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 12V 5.42A = 65W
 
DO NOT USE an adapter that has a HIGH DIFFERENCE in voltage requirements

(THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO USB-C / TYPE-C Chargers, as they automatically adjust the output voltage as needed)

All orders are shipped and delivered with no signature parcel collection unless stated otherwise. If you require signature delivery, please choose that option.

Return Policy

Change of Mind 

We offer 30-day returns for customers who discover that our products were not what they really wanted.

Return the item in its original condition with all of its components/parts.

The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Once we receive the returned product, we will ship a replacement or issue a full-refund of the sale price.

Warranty Return

If you believe the product is faulty or DOA, please follow the steps:

Take a picture of the faulty product with the packaging and the area of fault.

If the fault cannot be fully diagnosed from the images, return the item to us for us to test.

The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee. (Reimbursed if it is indeed faulty) 

If we conclude the product is faulty, we will ship out a replacement.

Notes:

Due to lighting and or screen setting differences, the item’s colour may differ slightly from the images.

The product you receive also may differ slightly from the pictures slightly in design and or colour, however the functionality of the product we listed will remain the same.

This is due to the product being revised and or a newer version or edition of the product has replaced the old one.
