Take a picture of the faulty product with the packaging and the area of fault

If the fault cannot be fully diagnosed from the images, return the item to us for us to test

The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee. (Reimbursed if it is indeed faulty)

If we conclude the product is faulty, we will ship out a replacement
