Warranty Return
If you believe the product is faulty or
DOA, please follow the steps

Take a picture of the faulty product
with the packaging and the area of fault

diagnosed from the images, return the item to us for us to test

The buyer will be responsible
for the shipping fee. (Reimbursed if it is indeed faulty)

If we conclude the product is
faulty, we will ship out a replacement
